Day 1 (Delhi):

Early morning, our representative will pick you from Delhi Airport or Railway station and will drop you at a hotel. Check into your hotel and enjoy a delicious breakfast. After that, go out to explore some of the popular attractions of Delhi such as QutabMinar (the tallest minerate in India), India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, RashtrapatiBhavan (President House), JantarMantar, Lal Quila(Red Fort), Raj Ghat(Memorial of Mahatma Gandhi) and Akshardham Temple. Later, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2 (Delhi to Jaipur): 268 km

Early morning, check out from your hotel and head towards Jaipur, located 252km from Delhi. Jaipur is popularly known as the Pink City of India due to the fact that all buildings in this city are painted in Pink. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and rest for some time. In evening, you are free to go out and enjoy shopping in Jaipur. The city is quite famous for its handicrafts and jewellery items. You are also advised to taste the delicious fast food of the city. Later, return to your hotel, enjoy a mouth-watering dinner and rest for the night.

Day 3 (Jaipur):

The day will be spent in exploring the historical beauty of Jaipur, starting from Amber Fort, a massive fort located 11km from Jaipur on Delhi Road. Amber Fort was sometimes the seat of power in Rajasthan (then Rajputana). Even today, the fort holds the glory and bravery of ancient Rajput rulers that ruled a large part of country. You should also enjoy an elephant ride here (on additional costs).

Later return to Jaipur, and visit Hawa Mahal. The crown-shaped monument is one of the finest examples of architecture in the entire world. It is called Hawa Mahal or Palace of Wind due to the fact that you can experience soothing wind from the windows of this building. Nearby located are City Palace (the resident of royal family, now turned into a museum), Govind Dev Ji Temple (Jaipur’s prime deity), JantarMantar (a solar observatory), Isarlat (Swargasuli – a minaret created to celebrate the victory), Birla Mandir etc. Meanwhile, don’t forget to taste the delicious Dal-Baati-Churma, the traditional cuisine of Rajasthan.

Evening, return to your hotel and enjoy a comfortable night stay.

Day 4 (Jaipur to Agra via FatehpurSikri)250kmapprox

Early morning, check out from your hotel and drive towards Agra, the city of Taj Mahal. Enroute visit FatehpurSikri, located around 32km from Agra and has many monuments created by Mughal Emperors. The city was sometimes the seat of power for the Mughal Empire, later went to ruins due to a severe draught. However, the ruins of monuments present here are still able to showcase the importance it has some 400 years ago. After visiting FatehpurSikri, keep driving towards Agra and check into your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 5 (Agra):

Early morning, leave your hotel to catch the sunrise view of Taj Mahal, one of the best sights in the world. Built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaj Mahal, this monument has become a Symbol of Love and Symbol of Beauty. The monument has inspired many poets to write on it, and many notable writers to describe it in their words. Nearby located is Agra Fort, yet another depict of the powerful Mughal Dynasty. The fort contains many belongings of the Mughal emperors. After visiting these two places, you are free to roam around the streets of Agra to collect some souvinirs. Agra is particularly famous for marble items, sweets (particularly Agra kaPetha) and handcrafts. Also, don’t forget to taste the delicious Mughalai cuisines in local restaurant. Later return to your hotel for night stay.

Day 6 (Agra-Delhi-Amritsar):Agra-Delhi220 Km approx.

Check out from your hotel and drive towards Delhi. Upon arrival, catch a flight for Amritsar, the city of Golden Temple. Amritsar holds immense pilgrimage value for the Golden Temple. Upon reaching Amritsar, check into your hotel and relax for some time. The city of Amritsar is known to be amongst the oldest cities of India and is known as the Pool of Nectar. It is also popular for its hospitality. Spend your day exploring the local attractions or shopping in the markets. Overnight stay in your hotel in Amritsar.

Day 7 (Amritsar):

This day will start by visiting the sacred Golden Temple. Being situated in Amritsar, the place provides the best atmosphere for sacred and peaceful feeling. Golden Temple is famous for many reasons. First, it’s the only temple entirely built with pure gold (so is the name Golden Temple). Second, this temple hosts the largest Langar (a place for free meal) in the world. Every single year, millions of people visit this temple to seek the blessings of Shri HarminderSaheb.

Later, proceed towards JalianwalaBaag, a place which has immense value in Indian history – particularly in India’s battle for independence. The place holds a memory of all the Indians who shed their lives for the country during the British rule. If there is time left a tour of the Wagha Border will also be planned. Day 8 (Amritsar to Delhi): 399 kms

After the breakfast, check out from the hotel and meet our assistant who will take you to the railway station to catch your train Or by flight to Delhi from Amritsar.

Once you reach Delhi, you will be directly transferred to the Delhi International Airport to catch your flight back home.

Day 1: Arrive Delhi – Jaipur
Arrive Delhi in the morning, our representative will meet and assist you on arrival. Directly proceed for half day Delhi Tour. Drive past Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate and parts of central Delhi. Also visit Himayun Tomb and Qutub Minar and in the afternoon proceed to Jaipur. Reach Jaipur in the evening and check into your hotel. Stay overnight at Jaipur hotel.
